Rental Application
Your rental application will consist of the following documentation.
- Completed Rental Application Form: Download Rental Application
- Current Credit/Background Reports for each resident adult
- Background & Eviction Reports (required by most Landlords) *As a service to you, Realty Professionals can assist with credit, background and eviction reports as necessary
- Income Documentation evidencing income sufficient to pay the rent: For employees, this would include your most recent payroll receipts (pay stubs) or for businesses, quarterly tax records, 1099s or 90-days of bank statements showing business income deposits.
- Contract to Lease (offer format): Based on the above information, we prepare this offer format for your review and approval.
- Copies of valid Driver’s Licenses or Photo IDs
- Other as necessary:
- Current or past Landlord references: These are very helpful and may be utilized to strengthen your application particularly where credit is less than optimal.
- Credit Explanation Letters: These are useful in providing context to credit deficiencies and explaining credit conditions that are less than optimal.
